3 options: 949 Tecna, FM VMaxx, or FM Springs + Tokico Illuminas. Thoughts?

Forums say: U WOT M8, NAWT HELLAFLUSH ENUF, STANCE CAR MORE, TOO USABLE YOU GOTTA GAT DAPPER, DOWN AND DAPPER, BRUM BRUM BRUM. BRO BRO BRO. I USE MONSTER CANS FOR OTHER PURPOSERS. LOOOHK AT MY STICKER THAT DASYAY STUPID SHIT. CUN'T SEE?!!?!?
See Brian, Even though Louros has a perfectly respectable, clean Miata. That doesn't mean that what I'm speculating the forums will be like is the best place to ask.

You only need one shock in that case.
A really big one, but just one.
It's a Miata. You can get away with it :)

Well, everyone thinks the Tecnas will be good but they haven't shipped any production orders yet. I had the VMaxx on my NA and they were alright. People on the internet seem to love FM springs + Illuminas, and I already have a set of Illuminas in my garage, so I'd only have to buy springs. Leaning towards that option at the moment.

Thanks. I had the VMaxx on my NA. They were decent but I feel like I want to try something different now that I have the opportunity to.

Nice, You probably know this. But cheap coilovers are never, ever fun.

I'd go with that option, because cost and they're proven to be good already.

Have you checked on miata.net? While researching my guide to Miatas that forum was a helpful source for great knowledge, reading, and source material. I think if I spent enough time reading on there I would be able to own a Miata one day without any trouble in terms of maintenance or preventative repairs or even modifying with maybe a turbo. Your car looks good, is that British Racing Green?

I haven't followed the Miata suspension happenings in a while, but if the Techna's haven't started shipping I'd hold off and see how they ride once they do ship, but then again everyone will be all like "dey r duh best@!!!!!!!!" or "y u no give me enough camber EMILIO>>>>>>>>>> If getting suspension was an option for me I'd go with the Technna's mainly because they are a local company to where I grew up. . . Hometown pride. . . Same color as my NB2, even down to the matching hardtop. I want another really really bad. Maybe I can find a deal this winter. I'll give you $5 for yours :P It's actually an NB1 ;) I swapped the tails All the UK based groups are the same. I'm fucking done with them I only oppo now.
